Pride at FTI Consulting

Support for the LGBTQIA+ community is a focus for FTI Consulting year-round, but of course, we also celebrate the big occasions like Pride Month and Wear it Purple Day with events like Pride Trivia Nights, educational presentations, and dress-up challenges. 

In 2023, in honour of Sydney WorldPride, we also celebrated our relationship with Out for Australia and created a 3-part video series, and our team in Sydney hosted a Drag Queen Bingo.

In 2021, we officially became a major partner of Out for Australia to support their mission to provide visible mentors, role models, thought leadership and targeted support to aspiring LGBTQIA+ professionals and to strengthen the sense of community among professionals and students.
