  • Flexible working arrangements to suit your lifestyle.
  • A Diversity & Inclusion Program helping you bring your whole self to work.
  • Support and education for your wellbeing and mental health.
  • A central café hub, including an onsite chef and baristas.
  • A permanent position with RAA upon successful completion of the program.

What you need:

  • Completed your university degree in 2019 or 2020 with tertiary qualifications in design, web development or a related field (additional studies in UX or customer experience design is desirable).
  • Demonstrated experience and a keen interest in visual design and communication.
  • Strong user research skills including card sorting, usability testing, interviews, surveys, eye tracking and heat map analysis and A/B testing.
  • Strong problem-solving, conceptual design and visualisation skills to define and communicate UX solutions using tools such as sketches, flow diagrams and customer journey maps.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Demonstrated passion for learning and self-development.
  • Strong interest in emerging best practice digital and UX technologies and trends.

Overall, we're looking for people with passion who can help us deliver an improved digital experience across RAA.
