Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
I'm LGBT and am part of an employee resource group called NAB Pride. Similar groups also exist for other group like women, Indigenous colleagues and other backgrounds/religions.

We have Employee Resource Groups that are run by colleagues to initiate and drive diversity initiaitves.

From what I know it seems like the company has respect for diversity as we are able to take parental leave (regardless of gender). They also offer paid cultural/religious leave which is separate from the ~20 days of annual leave. However I do think it's a common issue in all/most(?) companies that the demographics become less diverse - as the roles move up, At lower levels, the demographics are pretty even

had whole meetings and discussions about this as a whole in my building. Even in the engagement centre and my graduate cohort there is a lot of diversity. In my office there is a broad range of diversity across all levels of staff

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
There's an Indigenous Graduate program but since I'm not part of that demographic I've never really done research into it
