Mazars was founded in 1945 in Western France, by Robert Mazars. Thirty years later, Mazars expanded into Germany and Spain, and now has a presence in 102 countries around the globe, thanks to its partnership with organisations such as Weister in the USA and Neville Russell in the UK.  

In Vietnam, Mazars established offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. According to VACPA, Mazars is not only ranked as the Top 1 firm for outsourcing accounting services but is also one of the Top 10 audit firms situated in Vietnam. The company is known for attaining an annual revenue of €1.8 billion along with a significant increase in customers during its 2018/2019 financial year. Recruitment process

To apply for any vacant job position at Mazars, there are several options you can choose from which include applying online, campus recruitment or employee referrals. Mazarz may reply within a few days, however, the selection process may take a month or two. 

For certain positions, candidates might be asked to give an online or onsite test which usually consists of verbal reasoning, numerical and personality-related questions. Candidates who achieve a sufficient score are shortlisted for an interview. The interview is said to be very straightforward, with some basic questions regarding your previous work experience or where you see yourself in five years. The Mazars team might also give you a complete tour of the office. After thoroughly examining the profile of each candidate, selected individuals receive a letter of offer from the company containing information about the role and the salary on offer. 

Career prospects 

Fresh graduates who have majored in english, economics, business administration, finance, or audit are encouraged to apply to Mazars.
