How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Days can be long. I'm lucky in that I'm now in a role with a bit more flexibility.

Really flexible. Not too fussed with 15-30min late if reason is valid.
Graduate, Melbourne
My hours are 7:30am - 5:00pm. I get a 30 minute lunch break and then a coffee break when required, although I will bring that back to my desk.

This depends on which department you work in. Due to the nature of our work, being very time sensitive is can be hard to take leave when you want, though they do certainly try to accommodate. Working form home isn't really an option which is a shame.

In the brand I am currently working in, the hours are not too flexible. All work has to be completed before going home.
Graduate, Brisbane
Hours are long, 8-5:30 and these are expected to be worked, especially for operations team. Overtime is required occasionally.

Very flexible in my new role.

Usually the ops teams are doing a lot of hours. Overtime is pretty common here especially on the floor. Depending on the role the company is pretty flexible however starting of as an OPS teams member you will be doing 45 hours minimum.
Graduate, Coburg
I personally work quite long hours as I have a genuine interest and passion for the success of my team and company.
Midlevel, Sydney
Work hours are 8:30am-5:00pm however dependent upon your role overtime may be required.
Graduate, Sydney
I dont do much overtime compared to other grads in other departments. You are expected to stay until the work is done. Pretty flexible with hours.
