Your role

You will report directly to the program manager and you will play a key role in assisting in growing Deloitte's Chinese services group (CSG) program in Singapore & Southeast Asia. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support program strategy/priorities, regular meeting organization, making meeting reports and follow-up actions 
  • Monitor CSG key wins and opportunities on a bi-weekly basis 
  • Support program new strategic initiatives and priority accounts management on monthly basis, insights sharing internally covering several service lines 
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis based on the investment trend in SG 
  • Support to make clients’ research to extract key findings and derive insights in key industries based on data, provide analysis and summarize insights into actionable recommendations 
  • Coordinate with team members to identify the key service offerings, and client issues/challenges and propose solutions to empower clients’ digital transformation 
  • Draft newsletters, articles, and reports to share digitally with clients by leveraging the SoM platform including the WeChat ecosystem 
  • Support market events planning and execution online/offline in China & Singapore by leveraging key stakeholder’s resources

About You

Requirements

  • Interest in the field of marketing accounts management, and program development especially related to communication and branding. 
  • Strong written and spoken proficiency in English and Mandarin. 
  • Strong communications skills: excellent listening skills and empathy, ability to write clearly and concisely 
  • Self-starting independent worker 
  • Possess positive attitude, strong curiosity, creative, driven traits
  • The individual should also be proactive, and organized, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely manner.
