      The Program 

      To be considered for this role you will need to possess a bachelor or master's degree, in Engineering or Science (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Brewing, Food Science, Pharmacy or similar, Supply Chain Management/Logistics). STEM Fields.

      A 12-month program which develops graduates to be Supply Chain leaders through the development of intensive technical knowledge, whilst building their leadership capability

      Key elements of the program include:

      • Brewery End to End – develop an overall understanding of the Brewery spending time in each Brewery function
      • Technical Development – build your technical expertise by undertaking on the job technical training 
      • Stretch projects – develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills by working on real business problems, recommending solutions, and presenting your outcomes throughout the program
      • Leadership Development – build your leadership capability through training and on the job experience
      • Senior Leadership exposure – connect with and build relationships with Supply Chain & Logistics senior leaders throughout the program
      • Mentoring – ongoing career and professional development support with a senior leader mentor during the program

      About You

      A successful candidate for this role will:  

      • Have completed a relevant bachelor or master's degree in the past two years 
      • Have less than two years of full-time work experience 
      • Be an Australian/NZ citizen or Australian permanent resident 
      • Have strong written and verbal communication skills  
      • Excel in a fast-paced, agile workplace and work in a team environment
      • Be mobile within Australia
