Very good processes to communicate and collaborate

Very flat structure where you directly work with senior people who you can utilise as mentors.

I've had pretty great and supportive managers in my rotations so far. We scheduled monthly catch ups in order for us to discuss what I was working on, did I have any issues, what I can improve on, what other help and support do I need from my peers etc.

Though they are busy, most managers try to make time to interact with and help junior staff whenever they can. They are invested in mentoring and developing grads, and are themselves very open to feedback.

Great mentors who are patient and willing to see us improve.

My direct manager practices with open communication channels between all staff. This is done with weekly 1 on 1 catch-ups, weekly team meetings, weekly team emails

My managers have been quite diligent in fulfilling their duties/providing feedback. They are however, generally quite busy and as such, I do not communicate with them a lot.

All my managers have been excellent in involving me in opportunities
