Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Mostly very good opportunities to socialise and work as a team, clear structure and support

Everyone is always happy to assist with anything no matter how big or small and you are always given opportunities to step up and take on new tasks or roles if you are interested. You will work with very senior people from the beginning and aren't given mundane tasks to start with, its straight into the deep end for an excellent learning experience.

ASIC has a relaxed and friendly environment. Most teams are quite social and quite inclusive. The higher ups also try to make things transparent as they don't see themselves as someone more important than the other employees.

ASIC has a very flat organisational structure. Senior staff are friendly and approachable, and I always feel that my opinions are valued. There are many opportunities to socialise after hours, particularly for younger staff.

It's easy to talk to senior managers/executive leaders multiple pay levels above me. I don't feel there is pressure to only talk to my direct manager. Culture after hours is good. Staff respect each other.

People are extremely nice and always willing to help but social events are a bit lacking

There is a fantastic culture here. People are generally friendly and welcoming and I have good opportunities to socialise with other people around my level of experience.
