Promoted quickly so far and there will be opportunities for further promotions going forward. Quicker progression than anticipated.

Moving up from an ASIC 3 to an ASIC 4 can be challenging as it really depends if a team has an available role and do they have budget to fund you.

I can see career progression available, subject to availability.

Promotions are always possible if you work towards the opportunities

While graduates are definitely given a position after the program ends, it is quite difficult to move up the ranks and you may be stuck for while in a pay grade that is lower than what you would make if you were to go elsewhere.

There appear to be decent upward mobility prospects, although not necessarily in the one team - you may have to move to a different team but this occurs frequently.

It can be difficult to move up the ranks because you have to wait for a position to become available at a higher level.
