2023 Graduate Program (Feb 2023)

Whether you are assisting with creating a new food product line, coordinating new store layouts or improving our existing processes, we want you to help decide where we go next. Our future is in your hands. 

About the Grad Program 

Over 2 years, as a 7-Eleven graduate you will partake in 4 rotations across Operations; 2 other Tribes (Product, Customer, Tech) of choice and a Centre of Excellence (People, Insights, Strategy or Finance).  Having exposure over multiple areas of the business will form the basis to assist you in building your career with us.

You will have a Chapter Lead who will guide and develop you throughout the program as well as a mentor in your relevant field of study.  

About you 

You are a recent graduate with a strong academic record and some work experience. With your incredible energy and adaptability, you are eager to learn and develop bringing with you: 

• A Bachelor or Master’s degree in any discipline 
• A drive to reach higher and make it happen 
• Strong analytical and presentation skills 
• A collaborative attitude 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and that little bit extra!
